From January 5th, 2021 any supplier of an article with a substance on the candidate list > 0.1% (w/w) according to REACH Art. 33 has to provide the information to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). This is a measure of the Directive (EU) 2018/851 requesting from Member States in Article 9 to prevent waste generation.
