New EuroWindoor Executive Board elected by the General Assembly on 18 March 2021

On March 18th, 2021 the EuroWindoor General Assembly elected unanimously Verena Oberrauch (Member of the board of directors of Finstral AG, Unterinn / Italy) as new President and Nicolas Dupin (Regulatory Affairs Advisor at VELUX A/S, Hørsholm / Denmark) as new Vice-President. Franz Hauk (Share-holder of F.R. Hauk Stahl- und Leichtmetallbau GmbH, Berlin / Germany) was re-elected as Vice-President – as well unanimously – for further three years.
Each member of the Executive Board represents a material group affiliated to the association, which is division plastics by Verena Oberrauch, division wood by Nicolas Dupin and division metal by Franz Hauk

The EuroWindoor General Assembly thanked the previous Executive Board Joachim Oberrauch, Helle Carlsen Nielsen and Franz Hauk for their great engagement to increase significantly the relevance of EuroWindoor since its founding in 2015. Under their 6 years leadership EuroWindoor was established as a valued stakeholder for EU institutions when developing legal framework with impact on the European window, door and facade sector. Representing the interest of the sector EuroWindoor puts the focus on energy efficiency, health / environment, research / education and CE-Marking / standardisation.

Joachim Oberrauch and Helle Carlsen Nielsen have taken new tasks in their companies and were not available for another term of office. EuroWindoor wishes all the best for their challenges ahead.

With the new President Verena Oberrauch, the new Vice-President Nicolas Dupin and the confirmed Vice-President Franz Hauk EuroWindoor will continue to contribute to the EU’s commitment regarding better regulation, ensuring window and door products are on the agenda as a positive products.
